Re: New Member

OK, I found the Tandy mod on page 9 of JrNewsletter for April '89. First, let me apologize. It does require a chip 74S86. It requires 1 cut and 3 adds. The 74S86 is piggybacked. If anyone is interested I can get it to you in whatever form. The 74S86 is $.29 at BG Micro. Yes, twenty nine cents. Don't...

Re:Tandy Mod

OOps; Looks like I won't get the Tandy mod instructions anytime soon. I thought the guys from the one-time Eugene PCjr club would have a copy but they don't have one available either. Sorry. I'll keep looking.

I don't have the Tandy instructions in hand, but I think I will have them in a day or two. If so, I'll send or post them. I wasn't smart enough at that time to know that there was a memory problem and it pretty much depended where a program was...

Re: My PCjr Setup & Collection

Don't know exactly where to post this but I suppose this is as good as any. As I've mentioned a time or two on other forums, I have been away from the Jr for quite a few years. I thought I'd just sort of ramble on, and where I have my facts wrong or where some procedures have changed or improved, pl...

Hi Guys: I'm Elmer I'm sort of a Johnny-come-lately to this forum but I have a long history with the PCjr. I worked at IBM during the time of the big PCjr sales and literally everyone and his brother was getting or already had one or more jrs. During that period, both before and after I retired, I h...
