No, a standard RCA cable works fine, so there would be no need. There was only an RF modulator and switch box made for the Jr.

I did a PC joystick to Tandy 1000 adapter a long time ago. I can't recall whether the button wires were colored differently inside the joystick, but if they are not, use a multimeter in continuity test mode to figure out which wire goes to which pin.
