Re: Possible SSD for jr-IDE?
I'll have the SD-to-IDE and the 44-to-40 pin adapter sometime next week. Honestly, the male 40-pin seems to be a tricky fit. Most products are either 44-pin female or 40-pin male... BTW, this is the CF adapter I'm using: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D7XZ3JJ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=U...

Re: Possible SSD for jr-IDE?
I bought the 16GB Hotusi (Hyperdisk) DOM, but I get the too old for LBA message.
Has anyone tried the 4GB version?
I will try the 4GB version and also order a 2GB CF Card + Adapter.
It's not easy finding smaller capacity DOMs with the 40-pin interface...

GRUB4DOS
Anyone ever tried Grub4DOS on the jr? I was looking at the possibility of dual-booting DOS versions.

Re: Possible SSD for jr-IDE?
Is the jrIDE still coming with the 40-pin IDE header? Are you powering your DOM from the jrIDE, or using external power?

Re: PCjr Ethernet Adapter
If someone has a timing diagram it would be nice, but I think I understand it from reading the descriptions in the IO bus section now.

Re: PCjr Ethernet Adapter
I am interested in the -IOR, -IOW, and how the DIR pin of the data bus driver gate is driven.
Does anyone have a timing diagram of the IO bus? Or is there one in the ref manual?
I can tap the lines and measure them if no one has this information easily accessible.

PCjr Ethernet Adapter
So I searched around on the forums and saw quite a lot of interest in networking the PCjr. It looks like there were 2 main directions related to Ethernet connectivity: https://www.brutman.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=607 and https://www.brutman.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=635&p=4872...

Re: jrIDE - time for another production run?
I am interested in the jrIDE. I am curious if at this point I'd have the best luck just ordering a quick-turn PCB from the gerbers and ordering the parts (I'm not afraid to solder and program, although I don't have a programmer for the GAL/PLC chip). I do have a couple sidecars I could scavenge conn...
