I think it goes without saying you must also be childless. But if not, they must have a blast down there!

Mostly electronics work more than vintage, but here it goes:

Main office level - my desk and immediate work-bench:

Other side of the office - Linux workstation + 3B2 1000-80 I'm currently playing with/restoring:

Basement soldering station - a little messy atm:

Amazing stuff, thanks for the pictures.

I am confined to half of our basement, so I just don't have the room for a nice setup; I have to clear off a table just to do soldering, then I have to put all the soldering stuff away when done. So, no nice pictures from me :-/

The only semi-permanent installation I have is an IBM 5160+5161 with both a 5153 and 5151 monitors hooked up, and a composite monitor on one side. It's my 8088 programming station.

Here's a video I made some time ago of my "man cave" which shows among other things my Jr setup. Take some Dramamine before watching :)

Argh, vertical video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bt9zSfinwFA

Nice TI 99/4A setup! Also, how is your 3.5" drive connected to the jr? 2-drive mod?

Thanks :) You cracked me up with that VVS video! I'll have to pay more attention next time...
No, it's a Backpack drive connected to the Backpack CD-rom drive under it which in turn is connected to one of the parallel port. Works like a charm.
