I don't know when I'll get a chance to try this, but thanks in advance for doing it!

Thanks for doing this. I've wanted to try out these cart games but didn't really feel like collecting the cartridges was a gotta-do.

Everything seems to work fine for me, except ScubaVenture for some reason. That one will not play for whatever reason. I haven't tried making another disk yet from the image to see if it's a media issue.

I get the same error with Scubaventure. The title screen will show but if you try to start the game, it will crash.

I got Scubaventure to work. I think it may require a cold boot. It doesn't like a V20, as it will show graphical glitches, making the game more difficult. Still, Scubaventure and Mouser are very weird games.

Both those games are Nasir Gebelli games, so I'm not surprised they are a little weird (his games were always amazing from a programming standpoint but gameplay is sometimes lacking).

Actually, Scubaventure shows the same glitches with an 8088. The glitches in question are lines that do not draw correctly about every 3rd or 4th time the game scrolls the screen. There are yellow lines where the water should be and the lines are a solid barrier, blocking the characters.

ScubaVenture on my PCjr loads the title screen, then when I hit F1 it blanks out and makes a constant tone. The actual cart works OK.

The other games on the disk work well.

hi everyone.

I had some time over the weekend to revisit this project, and I've released version 3. Download link is updated on the first post.
I have added crossfire, and I believe I fixed scubaVenture too. It turns out scubaVenture doesn't do anything with its own stack space, and the one I tried to set up in my boot menu was causing all the problems. I actually fixed it by removing my code-

I've also converted my written-by-hand in debug boot menu into an actual compilable MASM file, so I can quickly and easily make edits and add more carts easily. I should hand it over to Trixter so he can write a cool menu featuring PCjr graphics!

Anyway, if anyone would like any more carts added to the list, please let me know what you'd like to see. There's more than half the disk left for empty space.

This is awesome.

My only request for the next release is to add Mine Shaft. While it already exists on its own disk conversion, it seems to me to be a waste of a good disk just for an 8K game. It would be awesome to have the "canonical 8" in one place. Also, IBM PCjr. ColorPaint is a nice, if big, program.

I was wondering about Colorpaint as well... is there a floppy based version already?
