PCJr exhbit at VCF East April 18th and 19th

Postby Corey986 » Tue Apr 14, 2015 5:43 am

Just wanted to let everyone know as part of my vintage Intel exhbit I will be showing one of my chicklet keyboard PCJr's with the JRIDE at VCF East X in Wall NJ. Stop by and say Hi if you are attending.

I have Microsoft Windows 1.01 and a whole bunch of PCJr programs all set to go.

Cheers,
Corey

Corey,

I did stop by and say "Hi!". You had a neat display overall. It was cool to see Demon Attack running on the PCjr - this game has always eluded me! Also, thanks for the education on the SCELBI.

I hope you got to enjoy yourself at VCF East - I certainly did.

Sorry Mike, I never responded... I tend to look at the hardware/software threads...

It went Great!!! Got to meet Alan Hightower, he stopped by. The funny thing was people didn't recognize the JR when I had the keyboard cable connected, the moment it was freeboarding, people were like, oh a PCjr

Cheers,
Corey

As one of the people who help out with VCFMW (http://www.vcfmw.org), we'd be happy to have you. Unfortunately you missed my gigantic PCjr extravaganza two years ago, but maybe there will be some stuff there. I definitely owe you a beer at the very least for all the jrIDE work you've done! In fact, in my event photos you can see a system I set up with a jrIDE as the "homebrew" system.
You're all insane and trying to steal my magic bag!
