Multiple floppy drives: how to access them?

Hi,

I recently acquired a PCJr that has 2 external floppy drives, so in total it has 3 floppy drives.
It came without software. So, I used DOS 3.3 and "device=driver.sys" in config.sys.

But I can't access the external floppy drivers... I don't know whether or not I need a special driver.
It could be a cable issue, but before trying starting to mess with cables / circuits, I want to know if I need something from the software side.
What I tried so far was : "b:" but after pressing "enter" it just keeps using the internal floppy drive.
Ideas ?

I don't see any light in the floppy drives when the machine boots.

You should be using jrconfig.sys .. besides setting up any extra memory on the machine it can also fudge the BIOS settings such that all three drives correctly show up for DOS as BIOS supported drive.

I think it is the -d option ...

yes, it worked.
I can't remember the option (I don't have the computer in front of me), but I think I used something like : -d3

is the addon cart the floppy driver for the two external drives?
I could not see in the pictures...
