There was no software included with the 64KB jr. When I bought the 64KB unit, it came with the chicklet keyboard, power brick, guide to operation and basic book. I opened the box recently (3 years ago) when I moved and the accessories are still new in the wrappers. I recall now that I used the base 64kb unit as my replacement parts so actually the 64KB unit has been updated to 128KB with FDD, a Racore HDD and 384K RAM add-ons. I never ran that jr as a 64KB unit.
I have played with another jr I picked up at a garage sale that had a bad floppy drive. I pulled out the FDD and memory and used a cassette and adapter cable to save basic programs.
PCjr 64kb RAM only - software

DOS required the 64k memory expansion. So it would be limited to whatever you can run on cartridges or load from cassette from within BASIC. (Either the cartridge or cassette version would work.)
There was a cassette player for the PCjr?
