Probably already around somewhere, but just in case: replacement xmas.exe for the 1988 Sierra SCI XMas card (available here:
http://sciwiki.sierrahelp.com//index.ph ... _Card_1988 that removes the check for PCJr is attached. Run the install, choose Tandy 1000 video and sound, and replace xmas.exe with the one from this archive, then run card.bat.
Happy Holidays!

Thanks! But doesn't the regular card work on PCjr systems already? Sierra was very good about supported the PCjr, given their history.

Nope - without removing the ID check, you get "Can't run on a PCJr!"
Also, this wouldn't actually work properly on a regular (not-Tandy-modded) Jr. anyway, unless you borrowed the JR320.DRV from KQ4 or another compatible SCI0 title - why Sierra didn't include that (and leave out the id check) here is I agree a bit of a mystery . . .

This is not the first instance where Sierra games supported Tandy 1000 but not PCjr. I think the earliest versions of KQ4 (not sure of AGI or SCI) may not have come with the PCjr. graphics driver, and possibly Manhunter New York. I know Silpheed v2.2 added PCjr support where 1.0 did not
