I'm new to the forum so hello to everyone.
Anyone familiar with the game Chomp? It is basically a Pac-Man bootleg looking game. I'd like to get a working copy for my IBM PCjr.

That is actually not the one I'm talking about. There is a screen shot of the game in this link (sixth game from the top).

Sorry, I forgot there are more boys called Peter....
I checked the site you mentioned and it is in the IBM-PC games pack:
