I guess I can squeeze a bit more out of my budget for a jrIDE so put me on the list as well.

If you haven't emailed me, you are not on the list. I can't keep checking this forum.

Also I have 6 boards built, but the only reliable PCjr I have atm is down again. This is the second Jr I've nearly destroyed trying to test JR-IDE boards. The side car connectors are not meant to be inserted/extracted dozens of times. I'm not sure at this point when I can get a reliable test setup again. The next couple weekends are full for me and I really don't get time during the week. I'll let you know when I can get these finished for mailing. Long term this just isn't sustainable for me given other demands on time. This may be the last batch or two from me.

Alan...

when I did test fixtures, at Compaq long ago we would design in a 'cheater' connector, on that stay on the unit (PCJR) and you would plug into it so the wear and tear is on the sacrificial connector..... you could do the same with a spare side connector...

also I can help with these units in the future if there is a need to build...

Is it too late to get on the list for one?

Would love to get one of these - if the kit is still in production.

A lot of people have reported email from me going into their spam folders. I am not sure why. I am suuuuper anal about my mail server and passing all the gates to not get blocked by receivers. I also get passing dmarc acknowledgements each month from all the major mail handlers. If you are expecting an email from me, please check your spam folder or send me a new email. I have 6 more boards boxed and ready to drop in the post.

Send an email to jridekit at retrotronics dot org.

I don't have discrete parts kits atm. But if there is enough requests, I'll order more. Assembled, tested, and shipped kits are $100 USD to anywhere in the US. You need to provide a donor shell from another sidecar (unless someone here starts printing them), a CR2032, and sme form of storage.

Howdy all,

JrIDE, I would like to order one.
Any kits available, with pre-programmed chips?

If so where do I sign up.

I have only just signed onto this board and have much exploring to do still,
I will also read through this thread, but I wanted to get the jump on the question.

Cheers. :0)
