JR BIOS

I noticed that at boot up I have seen a couple different screens on the Jr monitor. At least I think I have !!!!
So I wondered if the Jr had a bios change over the few years it was available.
Second: If there is, will the earlier hardware support the later BIOS if upgraded.
Lastly: does a later version of BIOS exist in file format to burn a new ROM:
