PCjr Monitor Color Convergence Adjustments

Somehow the color convergence on my PCjr monitor has become off. The bottom is perfect, but the top third of the screen is off. It looks like the blue is a bit lower than it should be (blue fringing on the bottom of letters) but the further up you go the convergence (and clarity) gets worse. Figuring I had nothing to lose I started adjusting the rings on the yoke (thankfully there's some white glue that sort of tells you the general area they should go), but no matter what I do I can't seem to get it right. I come close, but it's never right. Is there a guide somewhere that can tell me which rings to move to fix a specific problem (blue being too low for example). I'm also curious as to why the problem seems to mostly affect the top third of the screen. Maybe that's a sign of something?

I hope my monitor isn't a lost cause, because getting a new one is going to be nearly impossible. Can anyone help? I tried taking pictures, but I can't get the issue to show right in them.

Not sure what I can do. If I get the top aligned correctly then the bottom is off and if I get the bottom aligned then the top is off.

Well, today I learned about something called Dynamic Convergence. Basically I had to grab the yoke and move it up and down to get the colors to align. Lo and behold it's MUCH better. It's pretty much perfect now other than some minor red convergence issue in the upper right (VERY minor).

I'm still having color issues with my monitor. The degaussing coil I got doesn't seem to want to fix it either. I'm starting to think that the shadow mask got damaged somehow. Any ideas?

Fixed my issue. I needed to pull the yoke forwards a bit. I'm still not sure if the text is correct. It seems a bit blurry, but that could just be the PCjr monitor. Can anyone tell me if this looks correct? The picture is kind of zoomed in, but the link below will show it at a normal size.
