Hi all,

I no longer have a IBM PCjr but, I did and I loved the dang thing.
Lighting took it out years and years ago.

I HAD ALL the accessories - even the carrying case. TV converter joy sticks etc. etc.
I actually bought the dang thing so I could play a video game called GATO sub simulator.
Actually played the MS flight sim on it too.

I bumped he side car memory up to 512 from what was it 128 - cut out 9 memory chips and
soldered in 9 sockets then add the new memory - got the thing to 640 K memory - man was
I hot stuff!!! LOL

Brings back memories.

I still have some of the software for the thing stashed here and there - if anybody is interested
I could ship it off.

I'll work on finding and listing what I have!

I spent quite a bit of time with MS Flight Simulator 2.x on the Jr, and later became a real pilot (Cessna's and Pipers). I also spent a fair bit of time with GATO. GATO was interesting - it looked like compiled BASIC.

You know that another PCjr can easily be arranged. You'd have to do your own sidecar upgrade again. :-)
