A 1.2M drive shouldn't have any trouble reading 360k disks. If you write to a 360k disk with a 1.2M drive, your 360k drive won't be able to read it back, though.
Yeah 360K, sorry I was thinking about my Apple IIgs for a moment there.

I didn't think it would have problems either, so maybe I need to clean that drive out. It said something about not being able to read the sector (this from DOS 6.22).
So I guess back to my original question then. Will 8Mhz be too fast for games programmed around the time of the PCjr? Also, do games that use Joysticks (like Alley Cat for instance) need a PCjr specific joystick or will any PC joystick connected to a joystick port do? I'm not sure if the PCjr joyports are special and if games specifically looked for them or not.
