BIOS disassembled

Hi,

I know that the BIOS code is very well documented in the Technical Reference. But is has some issues:
- no very legible
- not easy to search
- no hyperlinks

so, I started to disassemble it, adding the original comments.
And I also started documenting the "test code" (the one that appears when you press ctrl+alt+ins).

This is still WIP, and I'll keep adding comments in the following weeks/months.

I started to use gitlab recently since it enables me to host my private repos for free.
I'll keep updating the repos on github, but probable with less frequency than gitlab's one.

I am close retirement so I started backwith the Jr, one thing I have wanted to do for many years
was to tweak the bios, but never had time..
looking forward to revieing this...
