Spinnaker PCjr carts

I have Fraction Fever, Facemaker, and Kindercomps on PCjr cartridge. According to this auction: http://allentown.craigslist.org/sys/4076509161.html ...there is a Snooper Troops in the same packaging as mine, but I can't tell if it is a cart or not. Does anyone know what the full list of Spinnaker PCjr cartridge titles were?

I think Snooper Troopers was a disk for every system it was released on.
