Xircom PE3-10BT Power Jack Size

Hi Guys,

I just ordered a PE3-10BT, but without a power adapter, so I need to order one.
Would someone be able to measure the barrel jack to confirm the proper size? If so, I can order the adapter before the PE3 arrives...otherwise I'll wait to measure the jack.

The manual doesn't have any information on the actual barrel jack size.

I did some research on this a while ago but I have not actually ordered parts to verify that I got everything correct. So don't order 100's of anything until you get confirmation that this is correct:

• 12VDC 300ma
• 5.5mm x 2.5mm

I need to put a meter on one to see if it is center positive or not. I will reply back when I have that.

You must have seen the same eBay listings I did, for a number of the Xircoms all of which lacked power adapters. I ordered one too.

I can’t answer the question, but just planned to go through my drawer of wall warts and loose plugs to find something that fits. I should have it by Tuesday and will work on it then.
