Reliable source for Xircom PE3 driver?

The intel.com link on this page for Xircom PE3 files doesn't seem to work:

Can anyone suggest a trustable source for the Xircom PE3 driver and utilities? Web searches turn up possible sources, but the ones I've found so far are on domains I've never heard of.

You can download from https://www.pcorner.com ... it's named PE3309.ZIP under Network Files. I recall having to create an account to download...

My version is 3.53, which I think is the latest/best version.
