MicroSolutions Backpack hard drive questions

Greetings All,

I recently acquired a MicroSolutions external hard drive for connection via the parallel port (without a power supply or driver files).

If someone could help answer the following questions, I’d be grateful:

1) what are the power specifications for the required ac adapter (volts/amps)? I have a MicroSolutions external 3.5” floppy drive and the ac adapters are not the same.

2) does anyone know where I can find the driver for this device? I have the driver for the above mentioned floppy drive, and it may be one in the same, however those disks clearly say for MicroSolutions external 1.4mb diskette drive.
