Anyone know how tips to do this without breaking something?
Motherboard is completely removed and it appears to be attached by two standoffs.
Attempted to squeeze these shut and press upwards to release but they aren't making it easy and I don't want to break it. Is a trick and/or knack to get this done?!

Pull up firmly on the IR receiver while rocking it back and forth gently. It will pop out with a bit of force.
Putting it back on (securely) also requires a bit of force after a little wiggling to get the pegs lined up with the holes.
The standoffs are fairly hardy, and I haven’t broken any yet.
