Different Basic Cartridges

I was wondering if anyone knew the story behind the differences in these cartridges.
The left one has a different number 1502285 vs 1502460. The other two have similar stickers but the rightmost says "Made in USA" and the cartridge is longer fully covering the pin connectors.
