Hooray, congrats on landing the job!
Here's my stupid question: will the code run on a 16F88 or will it only run on the 12F617 (yeah, I know the pinouts are different). The software I finally located for my PIC programmer will program a 16F88, but not a 12F617. I'd like to try the latest code without buying another programmer.
What I know about PICs is pretty much zippo.

I have an old version of the code meant for the 16F88, but the current version would require a number of revisions to pin numbers, port locations, etc.jharre wrote:Hooray, congrats on landing the job!
