Pitfall II

Grabbed a Pitfall II cart off ebay recently. Wasn't cheap, but wasn't outlandishly expensive either and you don't see them very much anymore. I missed out on the last auction for a Demon Attack cartridge on ebay because it ended well north of $100 IIRC so the 50 beans I plunked down for Pitfall II seemed a lot more reasonable.

If it makes you feel any better things like Demon Attack were going for around $30 on eBay back in 2002 ... So for 15 years it has not been a great investment. (The good news is that I bought mine to play, not to sit and gather dust.)

Pitfall II gave me a good number of "zoning out" hours, as did RiverRaid.
