Can someone confirm to me whether or not the ColorPaint cartridge is supposed to work with the Tandy mod installed? On my system I get ye olde vertical lines in the display.

I don't know, but I wouldn't bet on it since IIRC the default operating mode of ColorPaint was 640x200x4 which was a different memory organization than 320x200x16 which was what the Tandy mod was meant to address (no pun intended).
